HELP!

Does anyone know the secret to uploading videos??? i'm so annoyed because i have tried several times to upload videos on here on several different occasions and it NEVER works! i think i'm doing it right but it never finishs uploading! PLEASE HELP if you have any suggestions or instructions! i have fun videos i want to share!! :):):)
