Surprise....We're going to Dancing with the Stars...LIVE!

So last Thursday i got an email saying that there were dancing with the star tickets available. i signed up for american idol and dancing with stars last fall i doubt i'll get the american idol ones for awhile! so i pushed all the buttons and got tickets for yesterdays show!! i decided to surprise alisa, my fellow dancing with the stars fan and told her that were going some where and to dress nice, etc. then when she showed up at the house to pick me up i had a paper on the door with dancing with the stars people on it saying "are you ready for this!" anyway i wanted to go eat first but then i got nervous about being able to get in so we decided to go down and check it out and then decide on food. so we left here at about 11am and by the time we got down there and found the line it was 12:30-1 ish. so then alisa walked down and got us subway. and since the car was far away and we didn't really know the system and i had blisters on my feet from my heels, the dvd player and blanket i brought were useless because we left them in the car. so we had books but i didn't get much reading done because i have to be sitting comfortably to read and i wasn't super comfortable!! but the wait was soo worth it! we waited out on the street until about 4:30 ish and we were number 22 and 23 in line. then we walked onto the property which is cbs properety which is weird because DWTS is on abc and AI which was also there is on fox. anyway then we went in and sat on benches which was a nice change until about 5ish or so. then we moved into the studio which is way smaller than i imagined but SO cool!! we got good seats on the floor. if you watch it we are sitting behind were the guys (who weren't performing that night) sat...oh was that a GOOD VIEW!!!!!!!! on comerical breaks they would stand up and look back. oh man cristan and jason taylor are FINE!!!! anyway...so we were the back row of that section. way good seats but you can only see us on tv slightly because we are in the shadow. we sat behind corky ballas who is mark, a pro on the shows dad, and he is one of the biggest names in ballroom dancing. so the show was fabulous and the girls did so good!! i have so much more to say but i don't feel like typing it and you're probably already bored from ready this!!!!!!! anyway we had a faboulous time and got some cheesecake factory afterwards!!! so much fun! i'd love to do it again and i can't wait to get those american idol tickets..anyone want to come with me?? thanks alisa for coming!!!











p.s. we couldn't get any good pictures because we weren't allowed to have our cameras or phones and afterwards we tried to take pictures but there is no photography allowed on cbs property!!! we tried though!!
