Easter Sunday!

Here are some pictures I took today! I had a great Easter Sunday! Our ward had a great sacrament meeting! My fabulous friend Ashley gave a great talk along with a sister who just returned from her mission and we had two musical numbers. One a duet my Mette and Dayle and the other a violen solo by Kera! It was fabulous and you could really feel the Spirit! I'm so grateful for my testimony that the Savior lives! I'm grateful I was able to spend the day with family and friends! I love you all!

Diane and Justin Hafen, Natasha Howard, the girls, the Mckay and Rachel family and Rach's mother, and the Birds all came over for dinner. It was a fabulous dinner and lots of fun to be with everyone!

B-RAD!!

Here are some pictures of me meeting my newest nephew, Brad Thompsen Barlow! He is super cute and so precious! I LOVE HIM! These are from the day he was born! Life has been super crazy lately but I'll take more pictures and put them up soon! I know all of you who live far away would always love more pictures!! :)

I happen to know the nurse that came in to give Brad an exam while i was there, and so she had me come in with her and watch her and take pictures! AHH he's so cute!

A Special Dinner

The Sunday after the Valentines, I made dinner, with Anna and Carly's help, for the family to show my love for Valentines Day. It was a yummy apricot chicken dinner with rice, and cupcakes and chocolate cover strawberries for dessert! yum!

My favorite part of being an aunt...

Babysitting the Anna, Carly, and Mac is always fun! My friend Ashley Clark came over this night to join in on the fun! The kids love her too! We played and had mucho fun! We did pedicures, made/ate muddy buddies, tooks LOTS of hair flipping pictures and stayed up WAY TOO LATE!! ;) :) (mac went to bed on time though!) I sure hope the girls slept in the next day!! It was a blast!

I've started watching the food network and I love it! It's amazing how fun it is to watch someone cook! And you can learn a lot and get great ideas! I love it! Even the gross food they made is still interesting to watch like fish and stuff. I know I'm a picking eater and don't like a lot but watching them make it makes me consider trying some new food! Just thought I'd share! :)

FHE FUN!

This was one of our FHE activities that I actually remember to take pictures at, well I had Chuck take pictures because my hand were FROZEN in ICE CREAM!! We made ice cream sculptures and played carnival games like 3-legged races (or for some people 5-legged) and crab soccer! Then Root beer floats! We have a great ward! The ice cream sculpting was a hit, a friend that just moved out of the ward, Leah, suggested it and it was way cool. My group made the boom box and the missionaries judged and we won!! There was also a football a turkey and a temple!! It was def. a successful activity which is a relief because it's tough to come up with something fun every week!
