I miss Brock!

So i really miss Brock! I was looking at some pictures on the computer and thought i'd post a few...i know they're old but still fun!











It's crazy...i feel like some of these pictures were taken yesterday...then i think about it....and it's been a while!!!!

Boring...

so this post will be kinda boring probably because i don't have any pictures. but i thought i'd give you a little update. Since i get asked a lot what my plans are, i'll just tell you right now. It is my goal to transfer to byu. i hope to get in winter 2009. i was going to try to get in earlier but i have to have 30 credits under my belt when i apply and i will not have that until the end of this semester. i took 14 credits last semester and am taking 17.5 this semester. i also attend institute, i took 2 classes last semester and 1 this semester. (those do count as my credits)right now i'm looking at being an elementry school teacher. it's what i want to do, but i'm not totally set in stone about it. like i definitly really want to do and would love it, i think i'm just more scared about all the stereotypes of the job. i know that sounds dumb but whatever it's true. so for this semester i'm taking english (online), photography, music appreciation, world history, biology, a biology lab, and yoga. It will be challenging but i am going to keep up with it and am ready for the challenge. i am still working an party pleasers, it's almost been a year now, and do enjoy that but i hope to get a new job after this semester, hopefully at a bank because i think that is good to have on you resume. anyway....that it my update of my plans and what's going on in my mind. hopefully i didn't put you to sleep while reading this! have a great day!

Why am i doing this?

So just in case you didn't know I got my wisdom teeth out on Thursday. i guess it's gonna be a while until i get into byu now with all of my wisdom gone...ha ha ha!! now the question is why am i putting pictures of myself looking like this on my own blog??? well i was too out of it to even think of taking a picture but thank goodness alisa came to the rescue! :D so the pain has not been too bad. i have slept a lot and just relaxed. mom got me a smoothie and yummy mashed potatoes! well it's not too fun to clean out the holes in my mouth but i guess i have to deal with it. today when i woke up the pain was worse than ever and i was more swollen but i have taken some great pain medicine and feel lots better! anyway! enjoy!

Randomness...

so i havn't taken very many pictures over christmas because other people have them...soo these are the few i have! the boys taking a break after playing at the family christmas party!! This is my friend Danielle and I at a New Year's party at another friends house in Malibu!! It was so much fun!! SO i started a photography class at school and i'm using corrine's nice film camera (thanks corrine)and i need to use some film that had been in there for a few years to make sure it was still working and i didn't want to waste the pictures so i went to the barlow's house (mckay and rachel's) to take pictures of the girls!! they loved it and the pictures are really cute...but who wants to SCAN pictures??? not me...at least not tonight...sorry! anyway it was too funny because i would take a picture and they would be like can i see it?? and rach and i had to explain to them that you couldn't see this one and they didn't quiet get it!! so funny!! then anna asked my to video her and i had to tell her again that i couldn't do that!! haha then carly wanted my lipstick so we deceided to take pictures that we could look at!!! after a few wonderful "performances" by carly and anna i had to go but they really didn't want me to...so there great mother had the idea of singing goodbye like they do in sound of music....a few seconds i realized i needed to record it but they wouldn't start over so the video below is them saying goodbye!! it's so adorable you have to watch it!!! just a note....this is my first video and i didn't realize that by flipping the camera would ruin the movie....so bare with my...i don't know how to fix it!!! just turn your head...it's worth it! OK SO THE VIDEO IS NOT DOWNLOADING AND IT'S SOOOOO ANNOYING....I'LL WORK ON IT LATER!!! SORRY!

My date with TJ!!!!

I know it's been a while but back in december i took tj on an ice skating date! and he loved it!! he was definitly a natural!!! he tried tricks and had lots of fun! he really wanted to see hockey players but there weren't any around!!! he seemed really excited to go and afterwards i asked him if he had fun and he said he really liked it he just didn't like falling!!! :D:D so cute!! we followed on the ice skating by picking up jared and going to the mall and getting mcdonalds for dinner and then i took the boys home and we went and saw the lights on gemini...well only tj saw them because jared fell asleep...and then we had a little sleepover!!! it was so fun and the boys were great!!!

i know all of my sisters are jealous by all the hot dates i've been having and guess what....they should be!!! :D

After dinner Sunday, Anna saw my mold for candy santa lollipops and she really wanted to help me make some so carly joined us and we got our aprons on and got to making some chocolate santa suckers!!!

Ice Skating...

I went ice skating Friday night with the Ventura and Camarillo singles ward! It was like only my 2nd time going ice skating! it was soooo much fun! i fell a couple of times and have the bruises to show it but it was all fun and games!

I've been workin on some Christmas packages for Brock, Todd, and Matt Jex! Grandma said.."you really like making packages" :D it's so fun having her around! mom are keeping her busy with projects!!

While Zack and Michelle were gone on their get away, and Kate was here so we had a slumber party and all the girls stayed the night! Ty protected us since he was the only boy! All the girls wanted to sleep next to Ty!! :D :D
